Data you give us: when you fill in the contact form we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, company (if provided) and the content of your message.
Browsing data: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records information about your visit (pages viewed, duration, device and browser type, language and approximate city-level location). Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. If you reject these cookies, no data is sent to Google.
For technical and security reasons our servers also log the IP address and time of each request.
Answering your enquiries and quote requests, based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Producing aggregated usage statistics to improve the site, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Keeping the site secure and meeting legal obligations.
We do not use your data for advertising, do not build commercial profiles and do not take automated decisions that affect you.
We do not sell or share your personal data. Only the providers who serve us and act on our behalf have access to it: the site’s hosting provider (OVH) and, if you accept analytics, Google (Google LLC and Google Ireland Ltd.) as the Google Analytics provider.
Using Google Analytics may involve transferring data to the United States. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and applies standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.
This site uses technical cookies needed for it to work and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. Details of each cookie and how to manage them are in our Cookie Policy.
Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any relationship arising from it, and afterwards for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Google Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months. Server logs are deleted periodically.
You can request access to, rectification, update or erasure of your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent by writing to ggutierrez@gutierrezyasociados-ing.com. We will reply within the legal time limits (10 calendar days for access and 5 working days for rectification or erasure under Argentine Law No. 25,326).
The data subject may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in Article 14(3) of Law No. 25,326.
The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, as the supervisory body of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the data protection rules in force.
If you live in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you also have the rights to restriction of processing and to data portability under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypting traffic over HTTPS and restricting access to the information.
This site is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
